OSCustomizationSpec & Windows Server 2012

Summary

Tuxtepec If you have tried to deploy a Server 2012 server using a oscustomization, you have probably noticed it failed. Part of our customization is to set IP info and join the machine to the domain.

Issue

There is a conflict between the windows NIC and the OSCustomization. I am not sure what the root cause is, but I can assure you that the issue is indeed the NIC.

Resolution

Open Device Manager and uninstall the NIC from the system. Your system should now setup properly!
